Frequently Asked Questions: Is It Possible To Use My Digital Photographs? Most of the time we can use photos from your digital cameras. We usually cannot use cell phone photographs (newer models may work) or photographs from web sites. Generally, the image must be at least 9 inches wide @72dpi, 6 inches wide @ 150dpi or 3 inches wide @300dpi.   How Many Images Should I Send? Send as many as you like. A CD can hold quite a few images. We may not use them all but certainly want to view them.   Why Do I Need To Provide An E-mail Address? E-mail is our primary method of communications. You will receive your proof via e-mail and we will let you know when your project has been sent. Our privacy policy gives more details but in general, your address stays with us and only us.   How Do I Pay? After we discuss your project with you, we will e-mail an invoice requesting 50% payment. For your safety and ours, we only accept PayPal which allows you to use all major credit cards. There is no additional charge to you for this service. Upon approval of your proof and remaining balance being paid, your project will be printed and shipped. Our website includes a custom payments page for your use, or you may use the link provided in your invoice.   Do You Have Gift Certificates? Yes we do! They start at $275 and include a custom gift card. Contact us for more details.   What Are Custom Projects? Custom projects are usually those projects that are completed over a longer period of time than 7 to 14 days. They may include the use of photographers, Copyright permissions, graphic design and printing. Some examples of custom projects include memorials that are 90% complete and will be finished at some point in the future; multiple collages covering pregnancy/birth/1st year; business celebrations/anniversaries; photographic/art manipulation for commerical and private use; and custom photo albums.
